Return Policy

The mission of ABC Tarps is to satisfy every customer. Returns must meet the following requirements:
  • Within 30 days from order date
  • New/unopened condition
  • Include all original product packaging, documents, tarp inserts, and parts
All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Custom, discount, and closeout products are non-returnable. All sales are final. To initiate a return, the following information must be emailed to info@abctarps.com.au:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the unopened product
Unused products are covered for 30 days from the order date for manufacturer defects. For assistance with a replacement, the following information must be emailed to info@abctarps.com.au:
  • Order number
  • Description of defect
  • Photos showing area of concern
All return and replacement requests are subject to a review and approval process. Once you have submitted the required information, a representative will contact you within 1-2 business days. Credit will not be issued for any unapproved returns.Tarps Australia Pty Ltd trading as ABC Tarps (the “vendor”) does not represent in any way that any product sold by ABC Tarps will meet any specific standard in performance or capacity. The vendor shall not be held liable for any damage or loss whatsoever occasioned from the failure of the product meeting standards complying with the requirements of use of the purchaser or any third party thereof.
